چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل و زمینه‌های سوق زوجین به طلاق توافقی بود. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل زوج‌های متقاضی طلاق توافقی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره تهران بودند. از این میان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در دسترس با زوجین مصاحبه صورت گرفت و مصاحبه‌ها تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. داده‌های کیفی از روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی و با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شد. سپس تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل محتوای داده‌های گردآوری شده از طریق مصاحبه عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته نشان داد زمینه‌های سوق‌دهنده به طلاق توافقی را می‌توان در هشت طبقه دسته‌بندی نمود که عبارت است از: 1) روابط فرازناشویی، 2) خشونت خانگی، 3) نداشتن فرزند، 4) اختلافات، تضادها و تفاوت‌ها، 5) مجرم بودن، 6) اعتیاد، 7) سن و 8) وضعیت اقتصادی. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد عوامل سوق‌دهنده به طلاق توافقی را می‌توان در دو طبقه عوامل شخصی و عوامل میان‌فردی یا غیرشخصی دسته‌بندی نمود.

چکیده [English]

Aim: The purpose of the current research was to identify the factors and contexts that lead couples to consensual divorce. Method: The present research method was qualitative using descriptive phenomenological method. The statistical population included couples applying for a consensual divorce referring to counseling centers in Tehran. Among these, interviews were conducted with the couples using the available targeted sampling method, and the interviews continued until the theoretical saturation was reached. Qualitative data were collected using descriptive phenomenological method and semi-structured interview. Results: Then the data was analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of content analysis of the data collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews showed that the reasons leading to consensual divorce can be classified into eight categories, which are: 1) extramarital relationships, 2) domestic violence, 3) not having children, 4) differences, conflicts. and differences, 5) criminality, 6) addiction, 7) age, and 8) economic status. Conclotion: showed that the factors leading to consensual divorce can be classified into two categories: personal factors and interpersonal factors.
