اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تصویر بدنی و باورهای اختلال خوردن دختران

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تصویر بدنی و باورهای اختلال خوردن دختران هجده تا سی و پنج سال انجام شد. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع طرح­های کاربردی و نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دختران هجده تا سی و پنج ساله دارای اضافه وزن ساکن شهر ساری بودند که تعداد 30 نفر از آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری دردسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی­ در دو گروه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (15=n) و گروه گواه (15=n) گماشته شدند. داده ­ها با استفاده از باورهای اختلال خوردن (EDBQ)، پرسشنامه نگرانی از تصویر بدن (BICI)  به دست آمد. داده­ها با استفاده از روش مانکوا و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­گیری مکرر استفاده شد و تحلیل­های آماری فوق با بهره­گیری از نرم افزار SPSS.22 به اجرا درآمد. یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که گروه درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود تصویر بدنی (26/18=F، 001/0>P) و باورهای اختلال خوردن(10/35=F، 001/0>P) دختران هجده تا سی و پنج سال تاثیر معناداری داشت. نتیجه ­گیری: بنابراین می­توان نتیجه گرفت که با توجه به تاثیر مثبت درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود تصویر بدنی و باورهای اختلال خوردن دختران هجده تا سی و پنج سال استفاده از این روش‌ها در برنامه ریزی اقدامات بهداشت روانی به خصوص برای دختران هجده تا سی و پنج ساله دارای اضافه وزن توصیه می‌شود

Aim: The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of treatment based on acceptance and commitment on body image and eating disorder beliefs in girls between the ages of eighteen and thirty-five. Methods: The current research method was applied and quasi-experimental designs of pre-test-post-test type with control group. The statistical population of this research included all overweight girls aged 18 to 35 living in Sari, 30 of whom were randomly selected using the available sampling method in two treatment groups based on acceptance and commitment. n=15) and the control group (n=15) were assigned. Data were obtained using Eating Disorder Beliefs (EDBQ), Body Image Concern Questionnaire (BICI). The data were analyzed using repeated measure analysis of variance, and the above statistical analyzes were performed using the SPSS.22 software. Results: The results showed that the acceptance and commitment treatment group improved body image (F=18.26, P<0.001) and eating disorder beliefs (F=35.10, P<0.001) of girls aged eighteen to Thirty-five years had a significant impact. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that due to the positive effect of treatment based on acceptance and commitment on improving the body image and eating disorder beliefs of eighteen to thirty-five year old girls, the use of these methods in planning mental health measures, especially It is recommended for overweight girls aged eighteen to thirty-five.
