اثربخشی مشاوره مسیر شغلی مبتنی بر امید بر خودکارآمدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی و امید شغلی زنان جویای کار

چکیده

هدف: خودکارآمدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی نیز یکی از عوامل مهم در موفقیت شغلی افراد است. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره مسیر شغلی مبتنی بر امید بر خودکارآمدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی و امید شغلی بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش نیمه آزمایشی و طرح پیش آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان جویای کار بالای دیپلم بود که برای دریافت آموزش و کسب مهارت به مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای شهر تهران معرفی شدند که از بین آن‌ها، 30 نفر به صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه مشاوره مسیر شغلی مبتنی بر امید و گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده های پرسشنامه‌های خودکارآمدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی و امید شغلی بود. در گروه آزمایش، بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر امید در شش جلسه اجرا شد و در گروه گواه هیچ مداخله‌ای اجرا نشد. پس از گردآوری داده ها برای تحلیل داده‌ها از میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مشاوره‌ی مسیر شغلی مبتنی بر امید برافزایش خودکارآمدی در تصمیم‌گیری شغلی (001/0>P) و امید شغلی (001/0>P) و خرده مقیاس‌های آن‌ها موثر است. نتیجه‌گیری: در مشاوره شغلی مبتنی بر امید فرد به طور موفقیت‌آمیزی تکالیف مربوط به انتخاب شغل را به‌خوبی انجام می‌دهد و می‌تواند به تعهد خویش عمل نماید که این امر می‌تواند باعث افزایش خودکارآمدی و امید شغلی گردد.

Aim: Self-efficacy in career decision making is also one of the most important factors in people's career success. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of hope-based career counseling on self-efficacy in career decision making and job hope. Method: The present study was conducted by semi-experimental method and pre-test, post-test and follow-up with control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all women seeking high school work who were introduced to technical and vocational training centers in Tehran to receive training and skills, among which 30 were randomly selected and placed in two groups of career path counseling based on hope and control group. The data collection tool was self-efficacy questionnaires in career decision making and job hope. In the experimental group, the hope-based training package was performed in six sessions and no intervention was performed in the control group. After data collection, standard mean and deviation and covariance analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that career path counseling based on hope of self-efficacy increase is effective in career decision making (P<0.001) and job hope (P<0.001) and their subscales. Conclusion: In career counseling based on hope, a person successfully performs job selection tasks well and can fulfill his commitment, which can increase self-efficacy and job hope.
