مقایسه اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی گروهی و درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی بر افسردگی و سازگاری زنان پس از عمل سقط جنین

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی گروهی و درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی بر افسردگی و سازگاری زنان پس از عمل سقط جنین اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش‌: روش این پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل زنان پس از عمل سقط جنین مراجعه کننده به پزشک زنان، در یکی از کلینیک‌های زنان و زایمان در شهرک غرب تهران بودند که پس از تشخیص (دریافت استعلام درمان)؛ با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به تعداد 45 نفر انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از روش کاملاً تصادفی در 3 گروه 15 نفرِ تقسیم و در 3 گروه آزمایش اول (15)، آزمایش دوم (15) و گواه (15) جایگزین شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌های افسردگی و سازگاری بود که توسط زنان تکمیل شد. مداخله‌های آموزشی با اهداف از پیش تعیین‌شده برای زنان به اجرا گذاشته شد و 50 روز بعد پرسشنامه‌ها مجدداً اجرا و تکمیل و تحلیل داده‌ها انجام شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین دو گروه درمان شناختی-رفتاری و واقعیت درمانی از نظر اثربخشی بر افسردگی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0>P). میانگین نمرات تمامی مؤلفه‌های سازگاری در هر دو گروه آزمایش از گروه گواه به‌طور معناداری بیشتر شده است (05/0>P). همچنین بین دو گروه آزمایشی درمان شناختی-رفتاری و واقعیت درمانی گروهی ازنظر اثربخشی بر سازگاری در تمامی مؤلفه‌ها به‌جز مؤلفه سازگاری در خانه تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که روش درمان شناختی-رفتاری نسبت به واقعیت درمانی تأثیر بهتری بر افسردگی و سازگاری داشته و باعث بهبود بهتری در آنان شده است.

چکیده [English]

Objective: This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of reality therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy on depression and women's adaptation after abortion. Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental of pre-test, post-test and follow-up with a control group. The statistical population in this study included women after abortion who referred to a gynecologist in one of the gynecology and obstetrics clinics in the western part of Tehran, who after diagnosis (receiving treatment inquiry); Using the available sampling method, 45 people were selected and using a completely random method, they were divided into 3 groups of 15 people and were replaced in 3 groups: first experiment (15), second experiment (15) and control (15). The data collection instrument was a questionnaire, coping strategies and agreeableness, supplemented by women. Educational interventions were implemented with pre-established targets for women and the questionnaires were again executed and data analysis was carried out 50 days later. Results: The results showed that behavioral cognitive therapy and reality therapy was effective on depression (P<0.01) and adjustment (P<0.01) in post-abortion women. Also, the results showed that cognitive-behavioral therapy has a better effect on the components of health adjustment, social adjustment, emotional adjustment and job adjustment than reality therapy. Conclusion: It can be concluded that behavioral cognitive therapy and reality therapy was effective on depression and adjustment and can be used for post-abortion women.
