پیش‌بینی عملکرد جنسی زنان بر اساس نقش خودپنداره، خودکارآمدی و آگاهی جنسی

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی عملکرد جنسی زنان بر اساس نقش خودپنداره، خودکارآمدی و آگاهی جنسی انجام شد.روش : پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و طرح پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود، به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس 500 نفر از زنان (24- 40 ساله) مراجعه کننده به مراکز سلامت به مراکز سلامت، کرج در سال 1397 انتخاب شدند. برای کردآوری داده‌ها از شاخص عملکرد جنسی زنان، روزن (2000) و پرسشنامه چندوجهی خودپنداره جنسی اسنل (1993) استفاده شد و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل واریانس همبستگی و ضرایب رگرسیون استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مولفه‌های خودپنداره جنسی در پیش‌بینی عملکرد جنسی زنان نقش دارد. براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش باورهای جنسی فرد به عنوان خودپنداره جنسی، نقش پیش‌بینی کننده‌ای در عملکرد جنسی زنان داشته و مهمترین پیش‌بینی کننده عملکرد جنسی به ترتیب آگاهی جنسی، اشتیاق جنسی، خود سرزنشی در مشکلات جنسی، خود کارآمدی جنسی، شهامت و جرات جنسی و مدیریت مسائل جنسی است. طبق نتایج بدست آمده بین اضطراب جنسی، خود سرزنشی در مشکلات جنسی، ترس از رابطه جنسی و افسردگی جنسی با عملکرد جنسی رابطه معکوس دارند و بین خود کارآمدی جنسی، آگاهی جنسی، انگیزه برای اجتناب از روابط جنسی پرخطر، اشتیاق جنسی، شهامت و جرات جنسی، خوش‌بینی جنسی، نظارت و پایش جنسی، انگیزش جنسی، مدیریت مسائل جنسی، اعتبار و ارزشمندی جنسی، رضایت جنسی، الگوهای فردی جنسی، پیشگیری از مشکلات جنسی و کنترل درونی مسائل جنسی با عملکرد جنسی رابطه مستقیم دارند . نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های پژوهش نتیجه گیری می شد خودپنداره، خودکارآمدی و آگاهی جنسی نقش معنی داری در پیش بینی عملکرد جنسی زنان داشتند .

چکیده [English]

Aim: This study aimed at predicting women's sexual performance based on the role of self-concept, self-efficacy, and sexual awareness. Methods: In terms of purpose, the present study is applied, and the research design is descriptive correlational. And the statistical population included women referred to Karaj health centers in 2018, and 500 women aged 24 to 40 years were selected by convenience sampling method. The research tools included Rosen's The Female Sexual Function Index (2000) and Snell Multi-Dimensional Self-Concept Questionnaire (1993). Also, Pearson correlation coefficients, correlation analysis of variance, and regression coefficients were used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that the components of sexual self-concept play a role in predicting women's sexual function (P = 0.01). The findings of this study indicated that a person's sexual beliefs as a sexual self-concept have a predictive role in women's sexual function, and the most important predictors of sexual function are sexual awareness, sexual desire, self-blame in sexual problems, sexual self-efficacy, sexual courage, and management of sexual issues, respectively (P = 0.01). Additionally, there is an inverse relationship between sexual anxiety, self-blame in sexual problems, fear of sex, and sexual distress and sexual function. And there is a direct relationship between sexual self-efficacy, sexual awareness, motivation to avoid high-risk sexual relationships, sexual desire, sexual courage, optimism, sexual monitoring, sexual motivation, management of sexuality, sexual validity, sexual satisfaction, individual sexual patterns, prevention of sexual problems, and internal control of sexuality and sexual function (P = 0.01).. Conclusion: According to the results, it is concluded that self-concept, self-efficacy, and sexual awareness have a significant role in predicting female sexual function.
