مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و درمان شناختی رفتاری بر نگرانی از تصویر بدنی زنان مبتلا به اضافه وزن

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش تعیین و مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی-رفتاری با درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر نگرانی از تصویر بدن در زنان مبتلا به اضافه وزن بود. روش پژوهش: طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با مرحله پیگیری در سه گروه آزمایش و گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه زنان دارای اضافه وزن (نمایه توده بدنی بین 25 و 9/29) شهرستان ورامین در سال 1400 تشکیل دادند که تعداد 60 نفر با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و در سه گروه آزمایش و گواه به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند؛ ابتدا هر سه گروه با پرسشنامه نگرانی از تصویربدنی لیتلتون همکاران (2005) ارزیابی شدند. گروه آزمایش درمان شناختی رفتاری با استفاده از پروتکل درمانی پیمنترا و همکاران (2017) و گروه آزمایش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش تعهد با استفاده از پروتکل درمانی سیاروچی، بیلی و هریس(2005) به مدت هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه ای تحت مداخله قرار گرفتند. داده‌های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از واریانس اندازه‌های مکرر تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان شناختی- رفتاری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر نگرانی از تصویر بدن (21/28=F، 001/0=P) در زنان مبتلا به اضافه وزن موثر بود و این تاثیر در مرحله پیگیری پایدار بود. همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نشان داد بین دو روش درمانی تفاوت وجود ندارد و هر دو مداخله بر کاهش نگرانی از تصویر بدن موثر بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثر بخشی درمان شناختی- رفتاری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر نگرانی از تصویر بدن در زنان مبتلا به اضافه وزن این دو مداخله می توانند به عنوان روش های موثر در زمینه نگرانی از تصویر بدنی در افراد مبتلا به اضافه وزن مورد استفاده روانشناسان و مشاوران قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine and compare the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy with acceptance and commitment-based therapy on body image concerns in overweight women. Research method: The research design was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a follow-up phase in three experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the research consisted of all overweight women (body mass index between 25 and 29.9) of Varamin city in the year 1400, 60 of whom were selected as a statistical sample using the available sampling method and divided into three experimental and control groups. random faces were replaced; First, all three groups were evaluated with the body image concern questionnaire of Littleton colleagues (2005). The experimental group of cognitive behavioral therapy using the treatment protocol of Pimentera et al. (2017) and the experimental group of treatment based on acceptance of commitment using the treatment protocol of Ciarrochi, Bailey and Harris (2005) were subjected to intervention for eight sessions of 90 minutes. Collected data were analyzed using variance of repeated measures. Findings: The results showed that cognitive-behavioral therapy and therapy based on acceptance and commitment were effective on body image concerns (F=28.21, P=0.001) in overweight women and this effect was stable in the follow-up phase. Was. Also, the results of the follow-up test showed that there is no difference between the two treatment methods and both interventions were effective in reducing body image concerns. Conclusion: Considering the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy and therapy based on acceptance and commitment on body image concerns in overweight women, these two interventions can be effective methods in the field of body image concerns in overweight people. Weight to be used by psychologists and counselors.
