Methods: The present research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a follow-up period. The statistical population of this study will be all primiparous pregnant women in Sari in autumn of 98. The sample included 30 pregnant women (15 for the control group and 15 for the experimental group) who were selected by non-random sampling. Data collection tools were unconditional acceptance questionnaire and cognitive-emotional adjustment questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using spss software version 26. In this study, to analyze the data, to investigate all the hypotheses and to determine the impact of intervention on the experimental group and to evaluate the difference between the two groups in the pre-test and post-test intervals, first use KS to normalize the data and then analyze Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used. Results: The results of this study indicate that the training of positive thinking intelligence training has a positive effect on fear of childbirth (F=109.25, P=0.001) and childbirth self-efficacy (F=80.19, P=0.001) in primiparous women. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it can be said that positive thinking training is an effective treatment for the fear of childbirth and childbirth self-efficacy in pregnant women, which can be used by psychologists and counselors.}, keywords = {positive thinking,Fear of Childbirth,Childbirth Self-efficacy,Primiparous Pregnant Women}, title_fa = {اثربخشی آموزش مثبت اندیشی بر ترس از زایمان و خودکارآمدی زایمان در زنان باردار}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مثبت اندیشی بر ترس از زایمان و خودکارآمدی زایمان در زنان باردار نخست‌زای بود. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون_ پس آزمون با گروه گواه و مرحله پیگیری بود و جامعه آماری زنان باردار نخست‌زا شهر ساری در پاییز سال 1398 بود. نمونه آماری در این پژوهش شامل 30 زنان باردار (15نفر گروه گواه و15 نفر گروه آزمایش) که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی زایمان لوئی (1993) و پرسشنامه ترس به زایمان هارمن (1988) بود. گروه آزمایش به مدت هشت جسله تحت مداخله روان درمانی مثبت گرا اوهانلون و برتولینو (2012) قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از واریانس اندازه‌های تکراری تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مداخله روان درمانی مثبت‌گرا بر ترس از زایمان (25/109=F، 001/0=P) و خودکارآمدی زایمان (19/80=F، 001/0=P) در مرحله پس آزمون موثر است؛ این تاثیر در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار بود (05/0=P). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که روان درمانی مثبت‌گرا از طریق کاهش ترس از زایمان و افزایش خودکارآمدی زایمان، سزارین‌های غیرضروری را کاهش می‌دهد.}, keywords_fa = {مثبت اندیشی,ترس از زایمان,خودکارآمدی زایمان,زنان باردار نخست زا}, url = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_152449.html}, eprint = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_152449_2caaae71d987201cc691ee3a15f63c2f.pdf} }
