Methods: The research was semi-experimental and had a pretest-posttest design with a control group and a two-month follow-up. Its statistical population consisted of 47 conflicting couples who visited counseling centers in Tehran in 2021. After screening by the McMaster Model of Family Functioning (1950) and ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale (EMS) (1998), 32 couples were selected by the convenience sampling method and were randomly assigned to the experimental group (16 couples) and the control group (16 couples). The experimental group received the intervention of emotion management strategies based on Johnson's Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) (2004) approach for eight 90-minute sessions, but the control group did not receive any intervention. Data were analyzed using the repeated-measures mixed-model analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: The results indicated the effect of the emotion management strategies intervention based on the emotionally-focused couple therapy approach on the family functioning score (F=15.78, P=0.001) and marital satisfaction (F=15.16, P=0.001), and the stability of this effect was at the follow-up stage. Conclusion: The research results suggested evidence that the emotion management strategies intervention based on the emotionally-focused couple therapy approach was a suitable method to increase marital satisfaction and improve family functioning in couples with marital conflict.}, keywords = {Emotion Management,Emotionally-Focused Couple Therapy,Family functioning,marital satisfaction}, title_fa = {اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای مدیریت هیجان مبتنی بر رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار بر عملکرد خانواده و رضایت زناشویی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای مدیریت هیجان مبتنی بر رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار بر بهبود عملکرد خانواده و رضایت زناشویی بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری دو ماهه بود؛ و جامعه آماری پژوهش 47 زوج‌ متعارض مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر تهران در سال 1400 بود که پس از غربالگری با پرسشنامه عملکرد خانواده مک‌مستر (1950) و رضایت زناشویی انریچ (1998) 32 زوج به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و در گروه‌ آزمایش (16 زوج) و گروه گواه (16 زوج) به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای تحت مداخله راهبردهای مدیریت هیجان مبتنی بر رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار جانسون (2004) قرار گرفت و گروه گواه هیچ مداخله‌ای را دریافت نکردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس مختلط اندازه‌های مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از تأثیر مداخله راهبردهای مدیریت هیجان مبتنی بر رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار بر نمره عملکرد خانواده (0.001=F= 15.78 ,P) و رضایت زناشویی (0.001=F= 15.16 ,P) و پایداری این تأثیر در مرحله پیگیری بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش شواهدی را پیشنهاد می‌کند که مداخله راهبردهای مدیریت هیجان مبتنی بر رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار برای افزایش رضایت زناشویی و بهبود عملکرد خانواده در زوج‌های دچار تعارض زناشویی روش مناسبی است.}, keywords_fa = {مدیریت هیجان,هیجان مدار,عملکرد خانواده,رضایت زناشویی}, url = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_151451.html}, eprint = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_151451_75a108e7e509407c682764bc9e36e5e3.pdf} }
