Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational, and the statistical population consisted of all students aged 13 to 18 years in Tehran in the academic year of 2019-2020. Among them, 384 individuals were selected by convenient sampling method. Family functioning Questionnaire (Faces-III) by olson (1986), Eating Disorders Diagnostic Scale (EDDS) by stice et al (2000), and self-esteem scale (RSES) by Rosenberg (1965) were used to measure the variables. Data were analyzed through mediation analysis using AMOS software. Results: The results of the mediation analysis showed that the direct effect of family functioning on symptoms of eating disorder was significant (p<0/01; β -= 0/317). The indirect effect of family functioning on symptoms of eating disorder through self-esteem was also significant (p<0/05; β = -0/056). Conclusion: The present study has provided some evidence regarding the importance of the family psychological atmosphere in the occurrence and exacerbation of the adolescents’ symptoms of eating disorder during quarantine due to COVID-19. These results can provide a framework for developing novel prevention and therapeutic programs at different levels of eating disorder.}, keywords = {Self-esteem,Family functioning,Eating disorder Adolescent,COVID-19}, title_fa = {نقش میانجیگر عزت نفس در رابطه بین عملکرد خانواده با نشانه های اختلال خوردن در نوجوانان در دوران قرنطینه خانگی ناشی از ویروس کرونا}, abstract_fa = {هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجیگر عزت نفس در رابطه بین عملکرد خانواده با نشانه‌های اختلال خوردن در نوجوانان در دوران قرنطینه خانگی ناشی از ویروس کرونا انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش، توصیفی-همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان 13 تا 18 ساله شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 99-98 بود که از بین آنها 384 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغیر‌ها از پرسشنامه عملکرد خانواده (Faces-III) اولسون (1986)، مقیاس تشخیصی اختلال خوردن (EDDS) استایس و همکاران (2000) و مقیاس عزت نفس (RSE) روزنبرگ (1965) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل میانجی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار AMOS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل میانجی نشان داد که اثر مستقیم عملکرد خانواده برنشانه‌های اختلال خوردن (317/0-=β؛ 01/0>p) معنادار بود. اثر غیرمستقیم عملکرد خانواده بر نشانه‌های اختلال خوردن از طریق عزت ‌نفس نیز معنادار بود (056/0-= β؛ 05/0>p). بنابراین عزت‌نفس در رابطه بین عملکرد خانواده و اختلال خوردن، نقش میانجیگر جزیی را ایفا نمود. نتیجه گیری: پژوهش حاضر شواهدی را در راستای اهمیت فضای روان‌شناختی خانواده در دوران قرنطینه ناشی از کرونا، در بروز و تشدید نشانه‌های اختلال خوردن در نوجوانان ارائه کرده است. این نتایج می‌تواند بستری برای طراحی برنامه‌های نوین درمان در سطوح مختلف (پیشگیری از بروز نشانه‌ها تا کاهش عوارض جسمانی و روانی) اختلال خوردن را فراهم آورد.}, keywords_fa = {عزت نفس,عملکرد خانواده,اختلال خوردن,نوجوان,کووید-19}, url = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_144843.html}, eprint = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_144843_3465ae57bce73d3285ea828e2fbc82aa.pdf} }
