Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with a pretest-post-test design, and follow-up stage with a control group, and its statistical population consisted of 1700 female and male addicts who visited substance abuse treatment centers in Sari. After the purposive screening, 30 individuals were selected as samples and were randomly assigned to experimental (n=15) and control (n=15) groups. The research tools included Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (BIS) by Patton, Stanford, & Barratt (1995), and Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation (1961). The experimental group received eight sessions of acceptance and commitment therapy based on the treatment package of Hayes et al. (1999), and the control group was put on the waiting list; Data were analyzed using the repeated-measures analysis of variance. Results: The results indicated that acceptance and commitment therapy was effective in reducing impulsive decision-making (F=4.87, P=0.036), and suicide ideation score (F=0.02, P=0.033), and the effects were stable in the follow-up phase (P=0.01). Conclusion: Acceptance and commitment therapy was an appropriate strategy to reduce impulsivity and suicide ideation in female and male addicts and could be used as an effective intervention.}, keywords = {Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),Impulsive decision-making,Suicide ideation,Substance abuse}, title_fa = {اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذرش وتعهد بر تصمیم گیری تکانشی وافکار خودکشی در زنان و مردان وابسته به مواد}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تصمیم گیری تکانشی و افکار خودکشی وابستگان به مواد بود. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی باطرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود و جامعه آماری 1700 نفر از زنان و مردان وابسته به مواد مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمان سوء مصرف مواد شهر ساری بودند که پس از غربالگری به صورت هدفمند 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (15نفر) و گواه (15نفر) به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش مقیاس تکانش گری پاتون، استانفورد و بارت (1995) و مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک (1961) بود. گروه آزمایش هشت جلسه درمان پذیرش و تعهد مبتنی بر بسته درمانی هیز و همکاران (1999) را دریافت کرد و گروه گواه در حالت انتظار قرار گرفت؛ داده‌ها با استفاده از واریانس اندازه‌های مکرر تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش تصمیم‌گیری تکانشی (87/4=F، 036/0 =P) و نمره افکار خودکشی (02/5=F، 033/0 =P) موثر بود و این تاثیر در مرحله پیگیری پایدار گزارش شد (01/0=P). نتیجه‌گیری: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد راهبردی مناسب برای کاهش تکانشگری و افکار خودکشی زنان و مردان وابسته به مواد است و می‌توان از آن به عنوان یک شیوة مداخلة مؤثر استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {پذیرش و تعهد,تصمیم گیری تکانشی,افکار خودکشی,سوء مصرف مواد}, url = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_143548.html}, eprint = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_143548_1096ba7988869ba2c341a6c3c2eec872.pdf} }
