Method: A quasi-experimental study with two experimental groups, a control group, pre-test, post-test and two-month follow-up and the statistical population was 70 female teachers with diabetes in Zahedan in 1397. Sixty women were selected from this community in an accessible manner and randomly assigned 30 individuals in each of the experimental and control groups. Research tools Goldberg and Hiller (GHQ-28) and Parkerson and Berhadot (1990) and Health Laughter Yoga Program (2011) were administered to the experimental group in eight 60-minute group sessions once a week. Data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance. Results: The results indicated the effect of laughter yoga training on physical symptoms (F=4.55, P = 0.037), anxiety symptoms and sleep disorder (F = 3.33, P = 0.024), social functioning (F = 4.35, P = 0.041), depressive symptoms (F = 4.92, P=0.030), total mental health score (F = 3.68, P = 0.046), and Total Quality of Life Score (F = 5.12, P = 0/021) and this effect was sustained at follow-up. Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, laughter yoga training can be used as a complementary therapy along with other therapies to improve the mental health and quality of life of women with diabetes.}, keywords = {Diabetes,Laughter Yoga,Quality of Life,mental health}, title_fa = {اثربخشی آموزش یوگای خنده بر کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روانی زنان دچار دیابت}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی آموزش یوگای خنده بر کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روانی زنان مبتلا به دیابتبود. روش: روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با گروه آزمایش و گواه، طرح پیش‌ آزمون، پس‌ آزمون و پیگیری دو ماهه و جامعه آماری 70 نفر از معلمان زن دچار دیابت مدارس مناطق 1 و 2 آموزش و پرورش شهرستان زاهدان در سال 1397 بود. از این جامعه 60 زن پس از ارسال بخشنامه از سوی اداره آموزش و پرورش به صورت داوطلبانه در غربالگری شرکت کردند که 30 زن دچار دیابت انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه کاربندی شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و هیلر (1978) و سلامت پارکرسون، براودهید و تس (1990) و نیز برنامه یوگای خنده پزشکی (1391) در 8 جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای گروهی هفته­ای یک‌بار به گروه‌ آزمایش آموزش داده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط با اندازه‌گیری مکرر تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از تأثیر آموزش یوگای خنده بر علائم جسمانی (4/55=P=0/037,F)، علائم اضطرابی و اختلال خواب (3/33 =P=0/024,F)، کارکرد اجتماعی (4/35=P=0/041,F)، علائم افسردگی (4/92=P=0/030,F) و نمره کل سلامت روانی (3/63 =P=0/046,F) و نمره کل کیفیت زندگی (6/36=P=0/021,F) و پایداری این تأثیر در مرحله پیگیری بود. نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش یوگای خنده، فرد را تشویق می‌کند تا تجربه‌های مثبت و خوب خود را باز شناسد و نقش آن‌ها را در افزایش و ارتقای احترام به خود و دیگران و حرمت خود باز شناسد؛ بنابراین بنظر می‌رسد بهتر است آموزش یوگای خنده در معلمان زن دچار دیابت همراه با تغییرات سبک زندگی و آموزش شیوه‌های مقابله با شرایط استرس آور حاصل از بیماری باشد تا نتایج پایدارتر به دست آید.}, keywords_fa = {سلامت روانی,دیابت,کیفیت زندگی,یوگای خنده}, url = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_119517.html}, eprint = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_119517_8e61ee42a143015cdcc2ddb098785198.pdf} }
