Method: The research was quasi-experimental with a control group and pre-test, post-test, and one-month follow-up design. The statistical population included 60 students with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder identified in Islamshahr education. Using purposive sampling, 30 students were selected and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group received painting therapy intervention (Zadeh Mohammadi, 2010) weekly as a group in 10 sessions of 60 minutes. Both groups responded to the Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale (Reynolds and Richmond, 1978) before and after the intervention, and were re-evaluated one month later. Data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: The results showed that painting therapy significantly reduced the level of total anxiety (F = 38.91, P = 0.001). Also painting therapy significantly reduced physical symptoms (F = 5.35, P = 0.021), anxiety (F = 10.46, P = 0.003), and extreme sensitivity/concentration (F = 12.44, P = 0.001) and these results were stable at the follow-up stage (p <0.05). Conclusion: The results of the study suggest evidence that educational intervention and the use of painting to reduce anxiety in children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder are appropriate.}, keywords = {painting therapy,anxiety,Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity}, title_fa = {اثربخشی نقاشی درمانی بر اضطراب کودکان دچار اختلال کاستی توجه/فزون‌کنشی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی نقاشی درمانی بر اضطراب کودکان دچار اختلال کاستی توجه/فزون‌کنشی 7 تا 10 سال بود. روش: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با گروه گواه و طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری یک‌ماهه و جامعه آماری 60 دانش‌آموز دچار اختلال کاستی توجه/فزون‌کنشی شناسایی شده در آموزش و پرورش اسلامشهر بود که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 30 دانش‌آموز انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه کاربندی شدند. گروه آزمایشی مداخله هفتگی نقاشی درمانی زاده‌محمدی (1389) را به شکل گروهی در 10 جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای دریافت کردند. هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از آزمایش مقیاس اضطراب آشکار کودکان رینولدز و ریچموند (1978) را پاسخ دادند و پس از گذشت یک ماه مجدداً هر دو گروه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌های مکرر تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش هنر نقاشی درمانی بر میزان اضطراب کل (38/91=P=0/001,F) را به طور معناداری کاهش داده است؛ همچنین نقاشی درمانی علائم جسمانی (5/35=P=0/021,F)، نگرانی (10/46=P=0/003,F) و حساسیت افراطی/تمرکز (12/44=P=0/001,F) را به طور معناداری کاهش داده است و این نتایج در مرحله پیگیری پایدار بود (0/05< p). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش شواهدی را پیشنهاد می‌کند که مداخله هنر نقاشی برای کاهش اضطراب در کودکان دچار اختلال کاستی توجه/فزون‌کنشی روش مناسبی است.}, keywords_fa = {نقاشی درمانی,اضطراب,کاستی توجه/فزون‌کنشی}, url = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_119462.html}, eprint = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_119462_4d3685c45a0755887ab10692442ff35b.pdf} }
