پیش بینی شادکامی براساس تمایز یافتگی خود با میانجیگری سبک‌های مقابله‌ای در زنان و مردان فربه

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش بینی شادکامی براساس تمایز یافتگی خویشتن در افراد فربه با میانجی­گری سبک­های مقابله­ای در زنان و مردان فربه بود. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل افراد مبتلا به چاقی مراجعه­کننده به مراکز مشاوره و روانشناسی منطقه 1 شهر تهران در سال 1400 بود. پژوهش شامل 210 نفر از جامعه مذکور بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد (آرگایل و لو، 1990)، پرسشنامه تمایزیافتگی خود (اسکورون و فریدلندر، 1998)، پرسشنامه سبک­های مقابله­ای (اندلر و پارکر، 1990) به دست آمد. داده­های جمع اوری شده با استفاده از روش الگوی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزارهای آموس نسخه 22 داده ها تحلیل شد. یافته­ ها: سبک­های مقابله­ا­­­ی (02/0=B؛ 001/0>P) در رابطه بین شادکامی و تمایزیافتگی خویشتن در افراد فربه نقش میانجی دارند ضرایب به دست آمده حاصل از تحلیل مسیر حاکی از معناداری روابط بود (05/0P<). نتیجه ­گیری: الگو شادکامی براساس تمایز یافتگی خویشتن در افراد فربه با میانجی­گری سبک­های مقابله­ا­­­ی دارای برازش بود. پیشنهاد می شود نسبت به تربیت متخصص توسط سازمان های مربوطه در زمینه بهبود شادکامی، تمایزیافتگی، و سبک­های مقابله­ا­­­ی در افراد فربه برنامه ریزی صورت گیرد.
