Methods: The method of this research was descriptive-correlational and explanatory with a structural model approach. 400 people were selected from the community of married women working in Tehran Municipality by cluster random sampling method. Guttman Emotional Divorce Questionnaire (2008), Collins and Reed Attachment Questionnaire (1996), NEO-FFI Personality Traits (1985), Job Self-Efficacy Riggs & Knight (1994) and Perceived Social Support Questionnaire (1988) were used to collect data. Results: The results showed that the highest factor load belongs to the indicator of individual consequences (β = 0.882) and the smallest factor load belongs to the indicator of individual beliefs (β = 0.675) job self-efficacy. Thus, considering that the factor loads of all indicators were higher than 0.32, it can be said that all of them have the necessary power to measure the latent variables of the present study. Conclusion: The results showed that according to the obtained results, perceived social support can play a mediating role between emotional divorce, attachment styles, personality traits and job self-efficacy in married working women.}, keywords = {emotional divorce,Attachment Styles,personality traits,job self-efficacy,perceived social support}, title_fa = {ارائه مدلی برای پیش بینی طلاق عاطفی بر اساس سبک های دلبستگی، صفات شخصیت و خودکارآمدی شغلی با میانجیگری حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در زنان متاهل شاغل}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدلی برای پیش بینی طلاق عاطفی بر اساس سبک های دلبستگی، صفات شخصیت و خودکارآمدی شغلی با میانجیگری حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در زنان متاهل شاغل بود. روش پژوهش: روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و تبیینی با رویکرد مدل ساختاری بود. از جامعه زنان متأهل شاغل در شهرداری تهران با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای 400 نفر انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه طلاق عاطفی گاتمن، دلبستگی کولینز و رید(1996)، ویژگی های شخصیتی NEO-FFI، خودکارآمدی شغلی (ریگز و نایت، 1994) و پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (MSPSS) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که بزرگترین بار عاملی متعلق به نشانگر پی آمدهای فردی (882/0=β) و کوچکترین بار عاملی متعلق به نشانگر باورهای فرد (675/0=β) خودکارآمدی شغلی است. بدین ترتیب با توجه به این که بارهای عاملی همه نشانگرها بالاتر از 32/0 بود، می توان گفت همه آنها از توان لازم برای اندازه گیری متغیرهای مکنون پژوهش حاضر برخوردارند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده می تواند بین طلاق عاطفی، سبک های دلبستگی، صفات شخصیت و خودکارآمدی شغلی در زنان متاهل شاغل نقش میانجی داشته باشد.}, keywords_fa = {طلاق عاطفی,سبک های دلبستگی,صفات شخصیت,خودکارآمدی شغلی,حمایت اجتماعی}, url = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_145577.html}, eprint = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_145577_f136064a932f2fd81dc4f787af3a8257.pdf} }
