Methods: The research had a descriptive correlational method, and its statistical population consisted of all 46257 married men and women working in the teaching staff of the department of education in Tehran in 2020 (32046 women and 14211 men). A sample of 420 individuals was selected according to Klein's theory (2016) using online non-random convenience sampling and they responded to the Sikbi Family Resilience Scale (2005), the marital happiness scale by Azarin et al. (1973), the basic psychological needs questionnaire by Lagarde et al. (2000), The spirituality questionnaire by Parsian and Dunning (2009), and the grit scale- short form (GRIT-S) by Dakworth and Quinn (2009). The proposed model was analyzed by a structural equation model using SPSS and AMOS 24. Results: The results indicated that direct paths of marital happiness (β= 0.309, and P=0.002), basic psychological needs (β=0.555 and P=0.001), spirituality (β=0.309 and P=0.001), and grit (β=0.632 and P=0.001) were significant on family resilience. Furthermore, indirect effects of marital happiness, basic psychological needs, and spirituality were significant on family resilience through the mediating role of grit (P= 0.01). Conclusion: The modified structural model of the research had a desirable and acceptable fit with the research data and it was an important step in identifying determinants of family resilience in married individuals.}, keywords = {Family Resilience,Marital Happiness,basic psychological needs and spirituality,grit}, title_fa = {نقش میانجی استقامت در رابطه بین شادمانی زناشویی، نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و معنویت با تاب آوری خانواده}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش میانجی استقامت در رابطه بین شادمانی زناشویی، نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و معنویت با تاب‏آوری خانواده بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است و جامعه آماری کلیه زنان و مردان متاهل شاغل در کادر آموزشی سازمان آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران در سال 1399 به تعداد 46257 نفر (32046 نفر زن و 14211 نفر مرد) بودند. حجم نمونه 420 نفر از این‏ افراد بر اساس دیدگاه کلاین (2016) و به شیوه نمونه‏گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس به شیوه آنلاین انتخاب‌ و به مقیاس تاب‌آوری خانواده سیکبی (2005)، مقیاس شادمانی زناشویی آزرین و همکاران (1973)، مقیاس نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی لاگاردیا و همکاران (2000)، پرسشنامه معنویت پارسیان و دونینیگ(2009) و فرم کوتاه مقیاس استقامت (GRIT-S) داکوورث و کوین (2009) پاسخ دادند. الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از SPSS و AMOS نسخه 24 تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مسیرهای مستقیم شادمانی زناشویی (309/0=β و 002/0=P)، نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی (556/0=β و 001/0=P)، معنویت (309/0=β و 001/0=P) و استقامت (632/0=β و 001/0=P) بر تاب‏آوری خانواده معنادار بودند؛ همچنین اثرات غیرمستقیم شادمانی زناشویی، نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و معنویت از طریق نقش میانجی استقامت بر تاب‌آوری خانواده معنادار بود (01/0=P). نتیجه‌گیری: مدل ساختاری اصلاح شده پژوهش برازش مطلوب و قابل قبول با داده‌های پژوهشی داشت و این گام مهمی در جهت شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر تاب‌آوری خانواده در افراد متاهل است.}, keywords_fa = {تاب‌آوری خانواده,شادمانی زناشویی,نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی,معنویت,استقامت}, url = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_134090.html}, eprint = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_134090_91d445b3e241934cc16e2e411ba9d43a.pdf} }
