Method: This research was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test associated with a control group and a 3-month follow-up. The statistical population included couples referring to Avaye Daroon and Rahnama Counseling Centers and Mehr Hospital Counseling Center in Tehran from May to June 2018. Of them, 60 couples volunteered to participate in the research answered the Connor-Davidson Functional Flexibility Questionnaire (Resilience Scale) (2003) and Simons and Gaher Distress Tolerance Scale (2005). After the screening, 30 couples were selected who were randomly assigned to an experimental group who exposed to an intervention of emotionally-focused couple therapy, and a control group, 15 couples in each group. experimental group were received eight 90-minutes sessions of intervention. Johnson's Emotion-Focused Intervention (2012) were used. The data were analyzed using a mixed ANOVA of repeated measures. Results: The results indicated the effect of emotion-focused intervention on functional flexibility (P = 0.001, F = 29.75) and distress tolerance (P = 0.004, F = 12.14) the stability of these effects at the follow-up phase. Conclusion: interventions led the couples to remove their focus from their spouse's behavior and to focus on their behavior, and thereby, they stopped the use of the mentioned communication barriers and, while increasing their tolerance, they could improve their relationships by learning the right communication program to increase their flexibility.}, keywords = {Couple Therapy,Distress tolerance,Emotion Circuit,Functional Flexibility}, title_fa = {اثر بخشى درمان هیجان مدار بر انعطاف‌پذیری کنشى و تحمل پریشانى زنان}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی ‌درمان هیجان مدار بر انعطاف‌پذیری‌کنشى و تحمل پریشانى زنان بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و گروه گواه با پیگیری سه ماهه بود؛ جامعه آماری زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره آوای درون، رهنما و مرکز مشاوره بیمارستان مهر شهر تهران در بازه زمانی اردیبهشت تا خرداد سال 1397 بود که 60 زن متاهل داوطلب مشارکت در پژوهش به پرسشنامه‌ انعطاف‌پذیری کنشی کونور و دیویدسون (2003) و تحمل پریشانی سیمونز و گاهر (2005) پاسخ دادند که پس از غربالگری 30 زن انتخاب و در گروه آزمایشی هیجان مدار (15 زن) و گروه گواه (15 زن) به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای تحت مداخله هیجان مدار جانسون (2012) قرار گرفت و داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس مختلط اندازه‌های مکرر تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از تأثیر مداخله هیجان مدار بر انعطاف‌پذیری کنشی (75/29 =F، 001/0 =P) و تحمل پریشانی (14/12 =F، 004/0 =P) و پایداری این تأثیر در مرحله پیگیری بود. نتیجه‌گیری:  این مداخله موجب شد تا زنان تمرکز را از رفتار همسر خود برداشته و بر رفتار خود متمرکز شوند و در نتیجه کاربرد موانع ارتباطی مذکور را متوقف کرده و ضمن افزایش تحمل، با یادگیری برنامه ارتباط درست، توانستند روابط خویش را بهبود بخشیده و انعطاف‌پذیری خود را بالاتر ببرند؛ بنابراین مداخله‌ مؤثری برای درمان انعطاف‌پذیری کنشی و تحمل پریشانی محسوب می‌شوند.}, keywords_fa = {انعطاف پذیری کنشی,تحمل پریشانی,هیجان مدار}, url = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_119559.html}, eprint = {https://www.aftj.ir/article_119559_3474f1cbed7222d5f5a90a2b5f7a64c7.pdf} }
